→ Amy was appointed by Mishcon de Reya LLP as a Night Time Expert Witness in High Court proceedings. The duty of an expert witness is to help the court by giving opinion, which is objective and unbiased, in relation to matters within their expertise.
The £20 million claim related to uninsured losses following a fire in a night time venue. She wrote a comprehensive expert witness report and was trained by specialists to give evidence in the High Court. Shortly after service of her expert report the case was settled in favour of the claimant.
